Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Sumer Law Firm (شركة سومر للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية) receives through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it.
What this website collects
This website has no contact form and no user accounts, and it does not use cookies. It stores only one setting in your browser: whether you chose the light or dark theme. That setting never leaves your device.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.
When you contact us
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and details of your matter. We use it only to reply to you, to give you initial guidance and, if you become our client, to handle your matter.
Confidentiality
As lawyers, we are bound by professional confidentiality. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone, except where the law requires it, or where it is needed to carry out your matter with your agreement, for example when submitting documents to a court or a government authority.
Services run by others
WhatsApp, Google Maps and email are operated by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given for, or for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at info@sumerlegal.com.

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed.
